This Privacy Policy explains how Argent Tide LLC ("Argent Tide", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit argenttide.com or any website we operate that links to this policy (the "Sites"), or when you engage our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, company name, phone number, billing address, and the contents of messages you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
Cookies. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Sites to function and, where enabled, analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
To issue invoices, process payments, and keep accounting records
To operate, secure, and improve the Sites
To comply with legal obligations, including tax and anti-fraud requirements

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), email, and accounting. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. International transfers

Argent Tide LLC is organized in the United States and its team may access data from outside the United States, including mainland China and Hong Kong. By using the Sites you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

5. Data retention

We keep client and billing records for as long as needed to provide services and for seven years thereafter to meet tax and accounting obligations. Inquiry emails that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@argenttide.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The Sites are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on the Sites.
